  We offer the following services:
  
  • Standard Store (£20): A customized AI-generated Shopify dropshipping store.
  • Premium Store (£40): A more advanced and optimized AI-generated Shopify dropshipping store with additional features.
  
  2. Payment and Refund Policy
  
  • All payments must be made in full before work begins.
  • We offer a guaranteed sales policy: If you do not make any sales within 90 days of receiving your store, you are eligible for a 50% refund & you can also keep your store.
  • To qualify for a refund, you must:
  • Show proof that you have been consistently working on your store, including marketing efforts and active store management.
  • Demonstrate that no sales have been made within the 90-day period.
  • Submit the refund request within 7 days after the 90-day period ends.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you fail to actively market and manage your store.
  
  3. Delivery Time
  
  • Standard delivery time for store creation is 2 days/48 hours business days.
  
  
  4. Client Responsibilities
  
  • You are responsible for actively managing and marketing your store.
  • We are not responsible for the success, profitability, or ongoing maintenance of your store after delivery.
  • You must comply with Shopify’s policies and legal regulations in your jurisdiction.
  
  5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
  
  • All store designs, branding, and AI-generated content provided become your property upon full payment.
  • We may use non-identifiable examples of completed stores for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
  
  6. Liability Disclaimer
  
  • We do not guarantee specific profit amounts. Success depends on market conditions, marketing efforts, and business strategies.
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues resulting from your use of the store.
  
  7. Amendments to Terms
  
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
